Knowledge Equals Youth Success (KEYS) Program is a part of the Youth Services division of Employ Prince Georges Inc. Their programs are designed to provide young adults 18-24 years old with the necessary tools to become competitive in the workforce. KEYS provides career pathways, credential attainment, and supportive services to those who may face barriers to employment.

02. Youth Career Connections
Partnering facilitator in the program that provides occupation education and training to Prince Georges County Maryland’s In-School Youth. This program will provide young adults with a work experience that will be engaging to their talents, interests, and skills while raising their awareness of employer expectations, proper work attire, and interpersonal expectations.
03. Staff Leadership Development
Provided EPG Youth Services department with all-staff 360 interviews and strengths assessment to customize a connectivity training designed to foster an environment of open communication and provide new tools for leadership and team collaboration.
